What is Beloved Endeavour?
Beloved Endeavour is a newly founded small company focussed on providing vintage clothing in sizes 12+. New clothing is also available in sizes 18- 28.

What condition are the vintage items in?
Vintage items are graded into two categories- "very good" and "excellent".

VERY GOOD
The garment or item may have minor flaws such as wear to the fabric, minor stains or small holes that may be cleanable or repairable, but are virtually unnoticeable and don't affect wearability.

EXCELLENT
The garment or item may have been worn or used several times but has no obvious flaws that affect wearability. There may be minor imperfections such as the original belt being missing, original buttons or zip replaced, slight discolouration of the garment's lining, or invisible repairs. Any such minor imperfections will be mentioned in the item listing.

What Size Am I?
Garment dimensions are listed next to the item. Please check carefully to ensure the correct fit.
Do You Accept Cheques or Postal Orders?
Cheques and postal orders are only accepted from UK customers. If you wish to pay by this method please contact us at belovedendeavour@yahoo.com and we will forward the necessary information to you.
How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
We do try to send out all purchases within 5 working days of an order being placed, but during busy times (such as the Christmas period) this may not always be possible, so do allow 10 working days in total. We always keep you well informed of what we’re up to so you’ll always know where your purchase is.

If you are ordering from outside the UK the delivery time will vary but again, we will keep you updated.

If an item is really urgent let us know and we will endeavour to ensure it arrives in time.

My Order Has Not Arrived
If an item doesn’t arrive within 5 working days of you receiving a Notification Of Despatch email from us, then let us know. We can be reached at belovedendeavour@yahoo.com or just use the Contact form.
What is Your Returns Policy?
We want you to love your Beloved Endeavour purchase, but if you are dissatisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund (excluding postage and packing fees) provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and is in it’s original condition. This does not apply to items which have been ordered to your specifications.

Please note that the return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Please email us to arrange the refund. We highly recommend obtaining a certificate of postage as we can not be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it’s voyage back to us!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
